How We Operate

• When you place an order with us, your item(s) will be sent directly from our manufacturers, which allows us to operate in the most sustainable way possible and continue to deliver cost savings to our customers.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Most items are delivered within 20-40 business days from time of shipment, with very few taking longer. On average our customers receive their orders in 10-15 business days.

Ordering Multiple Items

• We work with many suppliers, if your order contains multiple items they are likely to be dispatched and delivered individually across a number of days. We can't guarantee that all items will arrive at the same time.

Customs & Duties

• International taxes may apply depending on your country's tax policy.

• Customs, duties or any other associated taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any charges will be payable when you receive your item(s).

• Products returned back to us due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.

• The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.
